UpdateElevation [Type=M|A] [ShowSummary=Y|N]
This is the macro version of the GUI option Database=>Update elevation
Type - Optional, default is M. M = Missing only (resolution is blank), A = Always.
ShowSummary - Optional, default is N. Show the summary dialog on completion, Y=Yes, N=no.
